Dategain is committed to providing a safe digital environment and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We take proactive steps to prevent, detect, remove, and report any content or behavior that endangers minors.

Our platform is designed exclusively for adults and does not permit access by minors under any circumstances.

  1. Age Restriction

  • Dategain is intended only for users aged 18 years and above.

  • Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts, accessing content, or using any features of the app.

  • Users may be required to confirm age during onboarding or account creation.

Any account suspected of being operated by a minor is immediately suspended pending review.

  1. Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following content and behaviors are strictly forbidden on Dategain:

  • Any sexual content involving minors

  • Sexualized language, fantasies, or role-play involving minors

  • Requests for sexual images or conversations involving minors

  • Grooming behavior or attempts to solicit minors

  • Sharing, requesting, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

  • Impersonation of minors

  • Encouraging or facilitating offline contact with minors

Violations result in immediate account termination.

  1. Detection and Enforcement

To protect users and prevent CSAE, Dategain employs a combination of:

  • Automated detection mechanisms

  • User reporting systems

  • Manual moderation and review

  • Account behavior monitoring

When CSAE-related violations are detected:

  • Content is removed immediately

  • Accounts are permanently banned

  • Relevant data is preserved for legal compliance

  1. User Reporting and In-App Safety Tools

Dategain provides users with the ability to report safety concerns directly within the app.

Users can report:

  • Inappropriate messages

  • Suspicious behavior

  • Content involving or referencing minors

  • Any potential child safety risk

All reports are reviewed promptly by our safety team

Upon receiving a child safety report, Dategain will:

  1. Review the report urgently

  2. Restrict or suspend the involved account(s)

  3. Remove offending content

  4. Preserve evidence as required by law

  5. Escalate to relevant authorities when legally mandated

Dategain fully cooperates with:

  • Regulatory authorities

  • Child protection organizations
